Prepare the questions that affect the quote
Record crop or application, site size, water source and available analysis. Specify design flow and operating pressure with units, where they are measured, and whether several zones run together. This prevents quotations from describing different hydraulic duties under the same equipment name.
Describe the fertilizer injection scope, stock-tank arrangement, chemical contact materials, filtration, pipe connections, power and control interface. If any item is unknown, identify it explicitly so the supplier can state an assumption or request clarification. Do not guess a required operating value from a catalogue maximum.
Include quantity and the unit basis, spare parts, installation, commissioning and document requirements. An optional budget should state currency and whether it applies per unit or to the whole order. Premium, mid-range, economical and undecided options describe your priorities for cost and support rather than an established supplier grade.
