Fertigation systems inquiry catalogue

Compare inquiry configurations, including a fertigation injector, against your water source, design flow and operating pressure; product availability and exact specifications require factory confirmation.

Irrigation & Water Management

Prepare a configuration request

Water and hydraulic basis

Record source water and the available quality analysis. List minimum, normal and peak system flow rate in gpm or m³/h, together with operating pressure in psi or bar. State the measurement locations and simultaneous zone demand. Ask the factory to identify any assumptions if a value is not yet known.

Injection and control scope

Specify the fertilizer stock solution, chemical contact materials, dosing channels and proposed mixing arrangement. Clarify whether tanks, filtration, bypass plumbing, backflow protection and control wiring are included. For a replacement injector, provide connection sizes and the existing controller interface so alternatives can be reviewed against the actual installation.

Order and verification basis

State the quantity, unit basis, destination, seasonal delivery target and installation responsibility. Ask for a model drawing, calibration procedure and an itemized quotation. Record MOQ, packing, spare seals or probes, commissioning support and the factory's acceptance proposal before comparing total procurement cost.

These catalogue labels are request options rather than a specification for an available model. The same name may refer to different injection technologies or control arrangements. Keep substitutes in separate quotations and record changes to flow range, materials, support or installation scope. A controller package cannot compensate for unsuitable source water or a hydraulic design that has not been checked.

A target budget is optional. Add currency and a per-unit or whole-order basis, then choose the supplier preference that describes your balance of initial cost, automation and support. You do not need an existing quote. See the comparison process or send the brief through the procurement contact page.
